When large reductions in force are necessary, we can design and lead customized group training(s) to provide career coaching support to your outgoing employees at scale. Job Search Materials Creation
One of the most challenging parts of any job search is developing the right resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn profile. This is where our career coaches shine! Our coaches will meet one-on-one with each of your outgoing teammates to gather the necessary information. Our coaches will then develop the resume, cover letter, or LinkedIn profile for their review. Each outgoing employee will even have the opportunity to provide feedback and receive a final, revised version – allowing them each to put their best foot forward in their job search.

Ana Wolfowicz, Managing Director of Career Strategy & Coaching
Ana is a career coach specializing in positioning mission-driven talent to land roles leading schools, school systems, and social impact organizations. Ana entered the education sector thanks to a persistent Teach For America recruiter (along with her passion for service and social justice). She’s here more than 15 years later having served in a variety of roles: teacher, talent acquisition leader, and career strategist. She spent several years as a non-profit/school district recruiter and hiring manager at YES Prep Public Schools, KIPP, and Teach For America before making the pivot to supporting job-seekers when she joined the team at WorkTogether Talent Consulting in 2019. Ana has coached and trained hundreds of educators and K-12 leaders.
