WorkTogether Talent Consulting specializes in placing high-impact professionals in education roles outside the classroom, such as policy, curriculum, technology, data management, finance, operations, and fundraising.
We partner with various education organizations, including school districts, charter schools, nonprofits, state agencies, philanthropic entities, support organizations, and edtech companies, to match exceptional talent with positions that are perfectly suited for them. Our work helps address systemic inequities and narrows achievement gaps.
Our Background
Serving education since 2015
In 2015, John Troy started WorkTogether Talent Consulting (formerly WorkMonger) with a simple goal: improve educational outcomes for kids by breaking down the barriers that separate great organizations from the talented, mission-driven leaders they need to fuel their important work. Over the years, our work has expanded from talent matching to a full suite of talent-focused solutions for the education sector, including search, consulting, fractional recruiter capacity, a job board, board recruitment, and outplacement career coaching. While our services and products have expanded, our commitment to always put people first remains the same. Now, a decade later, with well over 100 organizations served, almost 300 leaders hired, and numerous consulting and coaching engagements completed, we’re just getting started.
