CUSTOMIZED CAREER COACHING & TRAINING

Our Career Services Team has extensive experience designing and facilitating virtual career development training and workshops to small and large audiences alike. We have partnered with national nonprofits that offer professional development to their staff, program alumni, fellows, etc. Past sessions have covered LinkedIn, Developing a Personal Value Proposition, Offer Negotiation, Best Practices for Writing Resumes and Cover Letters, Interview Preparation, and Networking. Our career services team offers virtual meeting appointments during the traditional work day (9am-5pm EST). We are able to accommodate evening and early morning appointments on a case by case basis.

Our services are ideal for candidates working or seeking to work in the education and social impact space, whether in schools, school districts, nonprofits, or other social impact organizations. If you are seeking support to transition outside of education, and in particular into the corporate space (finance, tech, healthcare, management consulting, etc.), we recommend finding career services specialized to those industries.

Our career services team is typically able to accommodate clients within two weeks from when they first sign up for our services. If you have a fast-approaching deadline and want to be sure our team can meet your needs within a specific timeframe, please email ana@worktogethertalent.com before signing up.

At this time, we do not require clients to complete all consultations within a particular window, though we do encourage grouping them closely together (typically one meeting per week) to maintain momentum.

Great question, and we want to set you up for success! There are two options that are most aligned with what you’re looking for. Option 1: If you’re not sure which service(s) are right for you and want the chance to briefly connect with one of our coaches before moving forward, sign up for the 15-minute Career Coaching Guidance Call. Option 2: If you’re feeling more grounded and want to pick the brain of a recruiter or career coach for on-the-spot, actionable verbal feedback regarding your job-seeking materials (i.e. resume, cover letter, LinkedIn profile), and/or trouble-shoot your job-seeking strategy (i.e. networking, roles you’re targeting, where to find aligned job openings, etc.) sign up for the JobSeeker Feedback Call.

Your career coach may help with some of the heavy lifting when it comes to resume updating, cover letter writing, and LinkedIn curating. Clients can expect guidance on optimizing and streamlining their job search strategy (i.e. target job boards, aligned employers, networking strategies, templates). Career coaches will not find/complete/submit applications on behalf of clients.

WorkTogether Talent Consulting Career Services team is chock full of seasoned education professionals with extensive experience within talent, recruitment, business development, and networking.
