Taylor has been in the education sector for over a decade and has worked in the recruitment, talent, and business development niche for organizations such as Teach For America, KABOOM!, Reading Partners, AmeriCorps, and WorkTogether Talent Consulting (formerly WorkMonger.)
Taylor has provided hiring and onboarding support for thousands of roles from incoming novice teachers to c-suite and executive leader positions. Before working in the education sector, Taylor worked with top government organizations and clientele within the Florida legislature.
Taylor’s “Why”
Taylor is a forever student, and seeks to expand her own coaching toolkit. She is a trauma-informed somatic practitioner through weight-lifting and yoga, and is determined for individuals to find sovereignty and healing through their career journeys. She has partnered with Teach For America and the Teacher Accelerator Project to design and implement restoration and social justice techniques. Additionally, she partners with local organizations around strategy and change management from a people-first approach.
Taylor loves working with Job Seekers, and excels at supporting her clients to successfully refine their job-seeking tools and strategies for aligned and meaningful work streams for their next season of impact!
