While she didn’t study to be a teacher in college (she took the business and psychology route instead!), Cortney jumped into education right after graduation. Driven by her love for kids and learning, she started by helping programs that support student learning and assisting new teachers in becoming certified. Now, Cortney helps leaders transform schools and organizations in education. What keeps her in education is the unwavering belief that every student deserves the best possible education in life, and she’s committed to being part of that process.
