- Identification of up to 3 Board Member Profiles across a variety of factors (functional expertise, demographics, community connection, sector expertise, etc)
- Matching from WorkTogether’s internal database (45,000+ Leaders)
- Targeted headhunting (LinkedIn, tapping personal networks, etc)
- Candidiate Cultivation call with each potential board member that is introduced to client to confirm interest & alignment
- Introduction of aligned, intertested potential board members to client (note – Clients will conduct their own evaluation process)
- Ongoing check-ins with client throughout engagement via video call, phone, or email (as needed)
