Our simplified hiring processes fill the most critical positions with exceptional and diverse talent. We offer dedicated support and coaching to job seekers, allowing us to staff priority roles for retained searches by looking within—and beyond—an organization’s existing talent pool.
Our Background
Serving education since 2015
In 2015, John Troy started WorkTogether Talent Consulting (formerly WorkMonger) with a simple goal: improve educational outcomes for kids by breaking down the barriers that separate great organizations from the talented, diverse leaders they need to fuel their important work. Over the years, our work has expanded from talent matching to a full suite of talent-focused solutions for the education sector, including search, consulting and advisory, training, career coaching, board recruitment, in-house talent support, and a job board. While our services and products have expanded, our commitments to equity, inclusion, and putting people first that have always driven our work remain the same. Now, almost a decade later, with well over 100 organizations served, almost 300 leaders hired, and numerous consulting and coaching engagements completed, we’re just getting started.
